Dr. Gulati's practice focuses on integrative holistic mental health for adolescents and adults. She focuses on comprehensive medical wellness by healing and balancing the mind, body, and spirit. This approach integrates pharmacologic treatments with various psychotherapeutic modalities to help clients achieve optimal mental health and wellness.
Anisha Gulati, M.D. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist with expertise in psychopharmacologic medication management as well as psychotherapy. She has a plethora of inpatient and outpatient experience working with children and adults and takes special interest in women's mental health.
Dr. Gulati graduated with Honors in Psychology from The University of Florida, received her M.D. from University of South Alabama School of Medicine, completed a clinical postdoctoral research fellowship at Boston University School of Medicine, and received her Psychiatry residency training at University of North Carolina Hospitals, Chapel Hill. Tired of long waiting lists and shorter and shorter appointments with psychiatrists being offered to the public, Dr. Gulati chose to open a different kind of practice where patients are seen and heard in a timely matter and individualized treatment plans are developed after complete psycho/social/spiritual evaluation. Dr. Gulati sincerely enjoys getting to know each of her patients as an individual. She feels that it is a privilege to get to listen to her patients' stories and speak into their lives.
