Join others on a six week journey toward self-awareness and acceptance, where you will learn and practice techniques to:
• Better cope with stress and increase energy
• Focus on interactions between your mind and body
• Become more fully present with yourself
• Connect with your inner wisdom
Practice meditation, breathing exercises, guided imagery, movement, writing, and drawing in a safe and supportive small group. The format is based on a model designed and taught internationally by the Center for Mind-Body Medicine in Washington DC (www.cmbm.org). It is not group therapy!
This group is limited to eight participants and participants are asked to commit to attend all six sessions.
Sessions will be held at Lime and Lotus from 6-8PM

Your Facilitator: Belinda Andersen
Belinda is a life-long student of the mind-body practices of meditation and yoga. She combines her personal interest in these practices with knowledge of the scientific research behind mind-body healing. Belinda has an MA in Psychology, and completed the Mind-Body Medicine Professional Training at the Center for Mind-Body Medicine.
