Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your skin care purchase, simply return the unused product to us in its original packaging. Customers have two options regarding returns.  We will either replace your returned product(s) or issue a full refund*.  (Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.)  --  Please note this policy is only for the skin care line.

 

Instructions for Returning Products to Lime and Lotus Organics

Item(s) must be returned in original bottle or jar.  For a refund, the original sales invoice must be included.  Pack item(s) securely into a mailing box, add sufficient postage, and ship to:

Please note if you would like a replacement product(s) or a refund.**

*Refund will cover the original price paid by customer at time of purchase and the original invoice must accompany your order for a cash refund to be issued. If no invoice is received by Lime and Lotus Organics, a replacement item will be sent instead of cash.

**Refunds may take up 3 to 4 weeks to process and will be sent to the customer by mail.
